Property Owners Resources

Dear Owners,
Thank you for taking the time to view our website. Whether you own one single-family house or several units, we would love to meet with you and discuss the specific needs and goals of your property.

Holt and Jodi Corette started this business out of their home in 1995 with one triplex. Grizzly Property Management, Inc has now grown to the point where we have nine employees. Several of both our Office and Maintenance staff are licensed by the state of Montana as property managers and are members of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers. As a company we pride ourselves on not having any conflicts of interest, as we do not own any rentals nor sell real estate. We dedicate ourselves to managing your properties.

Our management fee covers the day to day operations of managing your property. From listing your rental on our website, collecting applications, signing leases, collecting monthly rents, writing tenant letters, paying bills, to cutting a check to you; it’s included. We are also happy to help you with any concerns with your property and are always just a phone call or email away.

For most items not covered in our management fees we charge a flat rate for things like advertizing in the Missoulian or doing maintenance work on your property. However we do not charge extra or even the flat maintenance rate to acquire bids or contact additional vendors for the work we cannot do ourselves.

Choosing the right property manager offers additional protection on your investment. It is a decision that cannot be made lightly and understandably without talking with the people to whom you are intrusting your property. With that in mind we encourage you to contact us personally and thank you for considering Grizzly Property Management. Inc.
