Let us know if you have maintenance issues at your property, remember we're here to

"Tend your Den".

We have a friendly helpful staff of maintenace personal who are happy to assist you when things go wrong. If you have dripping faucet, leaky sink or other maintenance problem please contact us. Feel free to call us at the office, stop by with a Maintenance Request form or Email us for your daily repair needs.

However if it is after business hours or we are closed for the weekend please contact our After Hours Maintence Number; 523-6000. The number connects to a live paging service. Please provide your address, phone number and problem with the pager service. As with any emergency call please keep your phone lines availble for our maintence department to call you back. If no one repsonds in a half an hour please repage.
