Experience infused with honesty and dedication.

Currently Grizzly Property Management, Inc., employs 5 licensed property managers. Each crew member comes from a different background and has their own specialty to add to the team.

	Holt and Jodi started Grizzly Property Management, Inc., in 1995, with a single triplex and ran the business out of their home office. Jodi has a background in teaching elementary school and owning a golf store, and Holt has been a jack of all trades ranging from managing at the Montana Power Company to owning his own chicken restaurant.
	Shaun is Grizzly's longest employee. He started in high school and has graduated from the University of Montana with a business degree; he is now a full time employee and one of licensed property managers.
	Scott has been head of maintenance at Grizzly for six years after retiring from the Navy. A Missoula native, he knows every shortcut to each of our properties. Scott is one GPM's licensed property managers.
	Jake joined the maintenance team over 3 years ago. He takes care of getting our vacant units ready for rental. From painting and cleaning, to blind installtion he is valuable member of our maintance team.
	Annie Kremin began working for Grizzly in the summer of 2005. She has worked her way up from general office staff to one of our five licensed property managers. Since obtaining her license in 2007 Annie is also a member of the local NARPM Chapter.
